If these Terms conflict with specific conditions agreed in writing with B2B customers, the specific conditions prevail.
3) Products and availability
Product information, including descriptions, specifications and images, is published on the relevant product pages. Images are illustrative and may differ from the product in non-substantial ways.
Some items may be ordered on request. In these cases, processing times may vary and the customer will be contacted if necessary.
4) Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include VAT.
Any additional costs, such as shipping, are stated and/or calculated before order confirmation.

Shipping conditions, costs and estimated delivery times are described on the “Shipping and Payments” page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6) Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Payment cards (via Stripe)
- PayPal

An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received, except for payment on collection by appointment.
7) Formation of the contract
The customer's submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when ADIVO sends the order confirmation and/or ships the products, or makes them available for collection, subject to unavailability or obvious errors.
8) Invoicing (customers with a VAT number)
If you require an invoice or document made out to a business/VAT-registered entity, enter the correct details at checkout, or contact ADIVO at info@adivo.it before your order is processed.
An SDI recipient code and/or certified email address (PEC) may be required for electronic invoicing.
9) Right of withdrawal (B2C consumers only)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, as described on the “Returns and Refunds” page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
For B2B customers, withdrawal does not apply automatically. Returns or cancellations are assessed case by case and, if accepted, governed by specific agreements.
10) Statutory warranty and non-conforming products
Consumers benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity provided for by applicable law.
If a product is defective, damaged or non-conforming, the customer may contact ADIVO at info@adivo.it, quoting the order number and describing the problem, with photographs where available.
11) Limitations of liability
ADIVO is not responsible for disruptions attributable to force majeure or third parties, such as strikes, weather events or interruptions to transport or payment services, that prevent performance within the expected timeframe.

The website's texts, trademarks, logos and content are protected and may not be used without authorisation, except as permitted by law.
13) Personal data processing and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and tracking tools is described in the Cookie Policy (iubenda) and managed through the relevant banner/preferences.
14) Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction follows the applicable consumer protection rules. For B2B relationships, unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the competent court is that of the place where the Seller has its registered office.
