Shipping (Europe)
We ship throughout Europe.
Order preparation times
Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the carrier within 2 working days of confirmation, subject to product availability or the specific circumstances described below.
Estimated delivery times
- Italy: approximately 2 working days
- Europe: approximately 5 working days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, time of year (public holidays), order volumes and the carrier's operations.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- destination
- parcel weight and volume
- order contents
Carrier and shipping management
We use Packlink to manage shipments. The carrier may vary according to the destination and operating conditions; the most suitable available option is normally selected.
Tracking
Where available, we email the tracking code as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Products ordered on request or not immediately available
For items ordered on request or not immediately available, order processing may take longer. In these cases, we will contact you with an update.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment cards (via Stripe)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (only for collection by appointment; see the following section)
Collection by appointment (with payment on collection)
You can arrange collection by appointment with ADIVO at one of the following locations:
- Cartoleria “Carta e dintorni” — Via Croce Malloni, 97, Nocera Superiore (SA)
- Università degli Studi di Salerno — Fisciano (SA)
- Operating premises — Via Mar Ionio, 27, 84098 Pontecagnano Faiano (SA)
For collection, payment on collection is available.
To arrange an appointment, email info@adivo.it and provide:
- your order number
- your chosen collection point
- a contact telephone number
We will confirm the date/time and collection instructions.
Delivery problems
If you experience a problem, such as a significant delay, damaged parcel or failed delivery, contact us as soon as possible at info@adivo.it, quoting your order number and tracking code, if available.
